Custom & Bulk Orders
Everything I make can be made yours.
Not only the flowers. Every candle in my shop can carry your label — the jar candles, the dessert candles, the dough bowls, the Pearl Wax. Same candle, your names on the front.
And the sculpted flower pieces can carry a name, a photo, or just the words you want to say. Hand-poured by me in Kitchener, Ontario, in your colours, at your count.
One piece, or a hundred and fifty
There are two different things on this page, and they have different rules.
One personalised piece. A single bouquet with a name on the box, or a photograph standing in the flowers. No minimum. One is fine — and for that, use the short form here instead of the enquiry form below.
| A name on the box | Vinyl lettering across the front | +$10 |
| A photograph | Printed 7 × 7 cm with a name beneath it | +$15 |
| Just the words | I LOVE YOU, a date, a line from your vows | +$10 |
So a $65 bouquet with a name on it is $75. With a photograph, $80.
A bulk order. Ten pieces or more, for a wedding, a debut, a funeral, a corporate gift. That is where the per-piece price comes down and where the four-to-six week lead time applies. The form at the bottom of this page is for that.
What I make
- Wedding favours — a candle each for your guests, your names and your date on every label
- Wedding party giveaways — a flower box each for your sponsors, your ninang and ninong, your bridesmaids and maid of honour, with their own name on the front
- Wedding table centrepieces — the arrangement on its own, with a photo of the two of you standing above the flowers, so every table carries you
- Memorial and remembrance pieces — for a service, or for the family to keep
- Anniversary pieces — a photo, or just the words, standing in the flowers
- Corporate and client gifts — your logo or your message on the label
- Birthday, debut and christening keepsakes
Four ways to personalise
A custom label. On any candle in my shop — your names, your date, your event, your logo. The candle stays exactly as it is; the label becomes yours. This is the one that works for a hundred guests.
A name on the box. Vinyl lettering on the front of a flower box, one name per piece, so every guest finds their own.
A photo. A printed 7 × 7 cm photo with a name beneath it — set on the front of the box, or standing above the flowers on a clip. The two of you for a wedding table, the baby for a christening, someone you have lost for a memorial.
Just the words. No photo at all — I LOVE YOU, HAPPY ANNIVERSARY, a date, a line from your vows.
Two shapes, for the flower pieces
In a gift box. The arrangement sits in a box with the name or photo on the front, and the whole thing goes home with the guest.
No box. The arrangement on its own, with the photo or the words standing above the flowers on a clip. This is what works on a reception table: nothing blocks the view across, and the picture sits where everyone sitting down can see it.
The practical details

| Bulk pricing | From 10 pieces, and there is no maximum |
| Lead time | About a week for one piece. 4–6 weeks for a bulk order, from approved design |
| Delivery | Shipped across Canada — shipping quoted as its own line. Hand-delivered in Kitchener–Waterloo. |
How pricing works
Bulk orders are quoted, because no two are alike. Most custom work starts from a piece already in my shop — those run $25 to $80 each — and the quote moves from there depending on size, how much hand-sculpting it needs, the packaging, and whether you want labels, names, photos or words added.
A custom label on an existing candle is the simplest and the least expensive. A sculpted piece built to your colours is the most.
Shipping sits on its own line. On the quote you will see the pieces, and under them the shipping, as a separate number. A bulk order is heavy — fifty candles is around forty kilograms — and I would rather show you the real courier cost than hide it inside the price of each piece. The free shipping in my shop covers orders up to 10 kg, which is about twelve candles; above that I quote the courier at cost. In Kitchener–Waterloo I deliver by hand and there is nothing to pay.
Tell me what you are imagining and I will come back with a quote and a photo of something similar I have made.
Why four to six weeks for a bulk order
I pour every piece myself, one at a time. Fifty candles is not a machine run — it is a lot of evenings at the kitchen table. The lead time is honest rather than optimistic, and it means your order arrives finished rather than rushed.
If your date is sooner than that, write to me anyway. Sometimes it works. And a single piece is much quicker — usually about a week.
Tell me about your order
Four things help me quote quickly: your date, roughly how many pieces, what you want on them, and a photo of anything you like the look of — mine or anyone else's. The first three are in the form. The photo comes by email, and there is a link for that underneath.
And the photo of what you like the look of
The form cannot carry a file, so send the picture by email instead — wickecandle2026@gmail.com. Mine or anyone else's, a screenshot from Instagram, a Pinterest pin, whatever you have. Put your name in the message so I can match it to your enquiry.
It is not required. But a quote comes back faster when I can see what you are picturing.
