Wické Shipping Policy

1. Processing Times

  • Handcrafted Quality: Every Wické candle is hand-poured in small batches.

  • Lead Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare and pack your order before it ships.

  • Peak Seasons: During holidays or special collection launches, processing may take up to 7 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders totaling $100 or more (before taxes and after discounts).

  • Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery location.

  • Transit Times: We typically ship via UPS or USPS Ground. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

3. Packaging Our Artisan Candles

  • Whipped Candle Care: Our Dessert Jars feature delicate whipped wax and hand-placed embeds.

  • Secure Transit: We use specialized padding and heavy-duty boxes to ensure your Signature Jars and Dessert Jars arrive in perfect "gift-ready" condition.

  • Weather Note: During extreme heat, we may hold shipments until the beginning of the week to prevent your candles from sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your label is printed.

  • Status Updates: Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information once it has been picked up.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Customer Responsibility: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Wické is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • Redelivery: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
