Common Inquiries

  • Order Support: Please include your order number in the subject line for faster service.

  • Damaged Items: If your candle arrives broken, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and the shipping box.

  • Wholesale & Events: Interested in carrying Wické in your shop or booking us for a market? Send us a note!

Since Wické is an artisan studio, we are often "wick-deep" in wax and frosting. Email allows us to give your inquiry the dedicated attention it deserves once our hands are clean!
