Wické Returns & Refunds Policy
At Wické, every candle is hand-poured with precision and care. Because our products are personal care and home fragrance items, we have established the following guidelines:
1. Returns

Change of Mind: Due to the artisanal nature of our products, we do not accept returns for "change of mind" or scent preferences.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return (if authorized by support), items must be unlit, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
2. Damaged or Broken Items
We take great pride in how we package our Dessert Jars and Signature Collections to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit:

Report within 48 Hours: You must email us at wickecandle2026@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Proof Required: Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged candle and the shipping box.

Resolution: Once verified, we will send a replacement of the same scent at no additional cost to you.
3. Refunds

Approved Refunds: If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders that qualified for Free Shipping, the actual cost of the original outbound shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Safety Disclaimer

Artisan Variations: Please note that because our Dessert Jars feature hand-whipped wax and hand-placed embeds, slight variations in color or design are normal and are not considered defects.

Burn Instructions: Wické is not responsible for damage caused by improper candle care (e.g., failing to trim wicks or burning for more than 4 hours).
