Send me your wording or photo

You have ordered something with a name, a photograph, or your own words on it. This is where you tell me what goes on it.

Nothing gets cut and nothing gets printed until I have your details from you. I would far rather wait a day than make the wrong thing. This takes about a minute.

It starts with # and it is in your order confirmation email. If you have not ordered yet, leave this empty and say so below — I will hold your wording until you do.

Type it the way you want it to read — capital letters, accents, punctuation, all of it. I letter it the way you write it here. Please check the spelling of a name twice. Vinyl cannot be undone once it is cut.

A date you need it by, a colour, anything at all.

And the photograph — send it by email

The form above cannot carry a file, so the picture comes to me a different way: reply to your order confirmation email and attach the photo. Your order is already attached to that email, so the picture arrives joined to the right order.

Send it straight from your phone's camera roll — not a screenshot, and not forwarded through a chat app. Those shrink the picture, and a shrunk picture prints soft and grainy at 7 × 7 cm. The bigger the file, the better it prints.

If I think a photograph will not print well, I will tell you before I print it, not after.

What it costs

A name on the box Vinyl lettering across the front $10
A photograph Printed 7 × 7 cm with a name beneath it $15
Just the words I LOVE YOU, a date, a line from your vows $10
A photograph and a name together Both $25

There is no minimum. One piece is perfectly fine. Add it to your cart on any bouquet page, or send me your details here and I will invoice you for the difference.

Where the photo sits

  • On the front of the box — the photo faces out, and the whole thing goes home with the person.
  • Standing above the flowers on a clip — this is the one for a reception table. Nothing blocks the view across, and the picture sits where everyone sitting down can see it.

If you are not sure, choose You decide in the form and I will tell you which one I think suits your photo.

Ordering ten or more?

Use the bulk enquiry form instead. It asks the things I need for a large order — your date, your colours, your count.
