If you sent a photograph, I will look at it straight away to see whether it will print cleanly at 7 × 7 cm. If I think it will not, I will tell you before I print it, not after.
Reply to your order confirmation email and attach it. Send it straight from your phone's camera roll — not a screenshot, and not forwarded through a chat app. Those shrink the picture, and a shrunk picture prints soft and grainy. The bigger the file, the better it prints.
Send the form again — I will go by whichever one came last. And if you want to change the wording after that, just write to me. Nothing is cut until we have both agreed on it.
